Prokofiev Second Piano Sonata- fingering

I'm wondering what fingering do you use or would use in this fragment:



I mean do you play as written or maybe you help your right hand with left? I'm trying to play as written but can't think of really comfortable and acurate fingering. Any help would be much appreciated :)
