The ladies do glance and are like amazed, but no, it won't get you 'babes' only because of it. You need to have the 'skills' too. Or be tall, handsome, sociable and the alpha-male-type. That, and playing any 'cool' instrument, will probably get you a lot of the ladies.

I neither have the inclination nor the patience to have the 'skills', and even if I did, I simply don't have the time for it and my priorities are elsewhere.
