Can someone help please...

Can someone tell me please how to play the first bar here. It's got a turn and double sharp signs between two crotchets. It's from Prelude in E minor op 28 no. 4 by Chopin.
Thanks in advance.

The double sharp referring to the G.

Try it at the keyboard to make sure it sounds right.   Interesting clash with that G double sharp and the G natural it leaps up to after the turn.
