How to play this?

Hello everyone, sorry for noob question, but could you tell me please how should I play this?

There are two notes and one note near each other, so how should I play them? Separately or at the same time? When I see videos of professional pianists playing this, I think they them at the same time, but cannot hear clearly, so I am not sure.

same time, but depending on the melody you want to prioritise (or whatever), you make either the  D or the A sound more clearly.
