Apples and oranges.  The music -- to listen to -- is very very different.  I think Firebird (I'm not familiar with the piano versions of either, just the ballet scores) is at least superficially easier to listen to (from the dance point of view, I do assure you that the Firebird herself is one of the most difficult parts in all dance rep.).  It is, however, just as complex in its own way as Petroushka.
