Need the score of this, exactly the same would be nice, but if you have a similar one....The score should be around grade 4-5 I think.

Not that version, but why not try Tchaikovsky's own transcription, free on IMSLP

(Go to the transcriptions tab and scroll down)

It's the whole suite, but the bit you want is bars 290-374.

I can't seem to find any bar codings, but is it not page 13 of the pdf 'danse de la fee dragee'?

Looking at the sheet I can't help but wonder if this is not too advanced for me yet? Or maybe not, It looks somewhere end level of grade 5. Could it even be grade 7 consdering the right handed chords?

I'll have my teacher look at this as well. :)

Indeed it is.  There are easier versions around, but you have to pay for them generally.
