Synthesia's lower register is barely audible.

I need help from those who are familiar with synthesia, the piano software.

So while reading most of my midis, the lower notes are harderand harder to listen. Is there a way to fix this? I can't find any volume controls... I'm listening to a piece and I barely hear any left hand, unless she comes over to the right side of the piano...´

I'm aware that I probably wont find any solutions, but had to try it here in the forum!
