What do you guys think of getting implants?

I just saw a video of this girl who had her ass implant flipped backwards so she flipped it back again.

It looked like her ass was pushed against glass hahaah!!!!

Well.. in the case of breast and buttocks implants, they're unnatural, not only from the silicon that they're made of but also the way they look on people. Plus you get cases where the body rejects them or they become infected from improper surgical sanitation. Personally, aesthetically it's just a turn off, and I would much prefer petite chicks, like a Yuja Wang or something of that nature.

Rach4, if you want moobs, just eat too much and exercise too little.  No point in risking your health through surgery just to get some man mammories.
