I am so sad...
on: April 05, 2014, 09:28:21 PM
I keep rolling my ankles.

I rolled my left one four times and my right one once.

The most recent one (a few minutes ago) was on my left one.

And it wasn't even skating related!!!

I was freaking playing basketball and then I just died!

I have an ankle brace, but I always wear it on the wrong ankle!  My last ankle injury I was wearing it on my right ankle cause I just recently rolled that one.  But then I rolled my left one!!!

Why me!!!!!!!!!!

Get another ankle brace?

Given Rachie's history in this area, one of these would probably be more appropriate:

get 2 ASO ankle braces and all your problems will be over. I used to play basketball alot and had ankle issues too. Everybody who used them (and alot do) never roll their ankles anymore.
