How should I sit in front of my 85 key acoustic?
on: April 12, 2014, 10:37:21 AM
Usually when I'm on an 88 key grand or my teacher's 88 upright, it feels sort of different you know.

Is there a particular way I should sit in front of my 85 key upright so that it makes no difference if I play on an 88 key the next time?

Pick a key to center yourself on, like middle C, or middle E-F.  Then always center yourself on that key no matter what piano you play.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
