I seem to be attracted to that Scriabin guy, but not for his work (though I love his etudes, sonatas, and the fantasie op 28 is one of my favorite pieces)... I find him quite an extraordinary character and that's it.

Also like a lot Chopin, Rachmaninov (the concertos, duh), Tchaikovsy (come on!! the nutcracker!!!!!!!! and the Piano Concerto nº 1!!!!!!!).... aaaand Beethoven, who seems to be an inagotable source of wonders to me....

Schubert for the piano works and his simple, honest and direct style.
Faure for the exquisite 1st piano quartet.
Beethoven for the piano sonatas and the quartets.
Mozart.......
and Ralph Vaughan Williams.

I couldn't possibly name just one favourite composer but these are the main preferences I have:

Chopin
Rachmaninov
Prokofiev
Liszt
Alkan
