Mendelssohn Op 28 is his Fantasie, sometimes called the Scottish Sonata. Do you mean Op 14?

That aside, whilst they are all OK pieces in their own right, I'm struggling to see what connects them into a coherent program.

I'd do the op.129 Beethoven if I were you

Id also swap it with the Chopin, end with a bang and start with a friendly familiar piece after the intermission.

Do the Chaconne, I'd put it after the G major rach and finish with the Bb Major.

I think it's good to finish in a happier mood because of how dark and intense the others are. Even the G major Rach is not dark but very intense. As well as the Chaconne, the Bb major one isn't exactly lite but it is less intense.
