I want to understand the process of getting a technique in a (difficult) section from applying the knowledge of anatomy
If it really worked that way, then graduates of sports medicine programs and physiotherapists would be getting paid tens of thousands of dollars to play concertos all around the world. After all, they have really good knowledge of anatomy! The book you got is not very helpful, I'm afraid. The one you want instead is "24 Etudes, op. 10 and op. 25, by Chopin". Read everything in that book enough times that you memorize the entire thing, cover to cover, and you should understand everything you need to know about the physical and technical aspects of playing the piano.
