I auditioned with the Pathetique  ;)

Even though it's an 'overplayed' piece, it's still one of his 32 awesome sonatas... and I think the jury would probably prefer to hear a well played piece over a hacked up 'difficult, underplayed' piece.

pathetique is sh*t anyway, why would you ever play it (jokes, I just have a grudge against it). As for revolutionary etude, a well articulated and immaculate, detached left hand technique can easily blow away the judges.
