Petrof Australia Dubious?

Does anyone know what is going on with Petrof in Australia? Petrof have posted something on their website talking about "dubious" Michelle Conway and Paul Ellaway who were involved with Petrof in Australia - now Ellaways is doing a clearance sale of Petrof. Don't know what is right here - does anybody know what has happened here? Here is the link to the Petrof website:
