Oh, I thought everybody woke up early and quickly threw on a robe to charge the garbage to the curb because it was forgotten the night before, because of procrastinating.

My garbage is collected about 6.00 am. Doing as you suggest would not be so much procrastination as gross stupidity.

I bet there are at least ten metronomes in that bag -

I did not suggest anything, I have been procrastinating suggesting anything. I do think procrastination is not born of stupidity or laziness, but more of anxiety and /or depression.
It has f*cked me up a few times, including dealing with the garbage schedule
