Recommend a good stretchy black arm band?

For the upper arm. Like the ones they make that hold phones, but without the phone part. I just want the stretchy arm band for holding something.
Do these exist?

Somewhere out there.... "Well, hey! Look at the this armband Grandpa had in his WWII stuff. This would be perfect for holding my iPhone and stuff in place while I jog. And it's got this ancient cross symbol denoting good luck. I looked it up online."
That sounds like some joke element of a South Park episode. Add something about waving to people stiffly and it's all set.
