Piano music in "The Third Miracle"
on: December 08, 2004, 04:43:07 AM
It doesn't look like the score is available, but I thought I'd post a link to a sample.  I really liked this:

I don't think there are other solo piano pieces in the score.  Anybody have any experience with his music?

Dear friends of my music, I would like to thank all of you, who visited my website in 2003 for your kind words and continuos support. I wish you a happy and creative New Year 2004. Many of you requested sheet music of my piano pieces from "Unfaithful" and other movies. I hope to get proper permission from 20th Century Fox and other relevant film studios soon. We will keep you posted.

Best wishes,
Bernhard.

Women and the Chopin Competition: Breaking Barriers in Classical Music

The piano, a sleek monument of polished wood and ivory keys, holds a curious, often paradoxical, position in music history, especially for women. While offering a crucial outlet for female expression in societies where opportunities were often limited, it also became a stage for complex gender dynamics, sometimes subtle, sometimes stark. From drawing-room whispers in the 19th century to the thunderous applause of today’s concert halls, the story of women and the piano is a narrative woven with threads of remarkable progress and stubbornly persistent challenges.
