Flash Player not working.
on: February 24, 2015, 04:24:22 PM
HI , I hope its ok to post pc techy problems.
Just recently I have purchased a new laptop with windows 8 and IE11.  Not impressed. But it is supposed to have Flash Player pre installed, but when I view videos, it doesn't work, the video is just a green screen, I get the sound but not visual.
Anyone else experience this problem and how to remedy it?

Thanks.  :-*

Yep.

You need to go to internet explorer options and turn off video hardware acceleration, then reboot.

Just don't install any of the extra garbage.
