New Yamaha C5 for $23000 it's that good?

Hi guys I was in a shopping mall here in Dubai and the guy from a Yamaha dealer told menthatbtheybafe selling the Yamaha C5 (on display) for $23000 it's a 2009 model it's that a fair price!?

I typically see them priced between 19K-22K in that vintage.  That would be near new condition, maybe a few small scratches/knicks, light grooving on hammers, no mechanical issues.  Without knowing the local market fluctuations in that area I can't advise you on the viability of that pricing but perhaps there is room to haggle a few K off the price.
