Volodos' Alla Turca arrangment of course, but you're probably better off writing your own
Show off what you can do!

Stephen Hough's arrangements, especially his Rogers & Hammerstein arrangements are well worth a look.
Percy Grainger did a number of rather difficult arrangements - have a look at his
Folk tune from County Derry
(Danny Boy) for starters.

Or the Beethoven Variations on it. Or on
Rule Britannia

Earl Wilds arrangements of Gershwin tunes
Hamelins arrangement of Nokia ringtune
(ok, not virtuosic but funny)
Godowsky´s arrangement of "Le Cygne" (Saint-Saens). (not very virtuosic either)
Cziffra´s Bumble bee, Lizst´s La campanella

Hi again, what about this one?
Barere:

Cherkassky:

Accidentally, I have the volume I of the 4 volumes "Renaissance" of Godowsky's Rameau-arrangements, which contains:
Sarabande, Rigaudon, Menuett a minor, Menuett g minor, Elegie, and Tambourin. And the originals by Rameau!
All of them are very nice, they may be not too easy, but are "handy", though. My favourites are: The sarabande, the Menuett a minor, and the Tambourin, of which the Tambourin is the most difficult, I think!
I try to attach 4 photos of my very old Schlesinger-Score, of the Tambourin, since at first glance I didn't find the "Renaissance"-Volumes on IMSLP. But maybe they are easily findable out there. Sorry for bad quality, but I haven't got a working scanner at the moment, and I think perhaps some of you have the Renaissance-volumes, too, complete.
Very cordially, 8_octaves!

Also, Cziffra, as you mentioned, has many fantastic arrangements.
"On the Beautiful Danube":
(this one's a little long)
His famous "Flight of the Bumblebee" Arrangement:
There are many others on youtube if you wish!
