I'd love to listen to some of your recordings. Do any of you have any recordings online I could listen to? If you do, could you give a background to yourself too - such as how long you have been playing, pro/amateur, how often/long you practice, how you practice?

Thanks,
Mark.

The easiest for you is probably to upload them to soundclick.com. Convert them to MP3 first using any MP3 ripping program and then just upload them. Marc McCarthy has done this

What Operating System do you use? If using Windows XP, then Windows Media Player 10 can do this easily for you.

Great thread!

I'm a beginner in the piano world. I learned to play by myself for about two years. As of june this year I'm taking lessons one a week.
My small repertoire mainly consists of video game music. Some games even bring out music especially made for the piano (final fantasy).

You can find my recordings here.

I'm using a Roland HP2e. I connect from the headphone plug on my piano to my pc and record that way.

Let us here your recordings!

I listened to a couple of your recordings ofir_y and they are just great. And you played this by ear, wow, I'm jealous :) . That's something I will never be able to do.
I'll listen to the rest of them when I get home tonight.
