Kullak Octave Technique - english?

Hi, there is a version of Kullaks Octave School on imslp but its in german and russian. Would anyone have an english version? Or is the text somewhat useless?

Hi, you could try this version, but I got problems downloading it at the moment. It SEEMS to be the english version. Perhaps it will work if you try it?
