First, I’d like to say hello to everyone of you! I’ve been browsing this forum for some time and today I decided to join and share my first composition and recording.

Greetings,

I found hearing this to be a very positive experience.  There may be some thoughts later and sent to you by P.M.  Either way, keep on composing!

Mvh,
Michael

Hi momentpiano,

I have listened to this a few more times, and enjoyably so as it is quite beguiling.

I am wondering if you have thoughts on a second or other versions?  This isn't to say that there needs to be (or to not be) a second version, but rather I am interested in the compositional processes of composers and I think that things can be learned from such discussions.

Maybe there is something in particular you had thoughts upon while composing this work, and continued study of that subject could lead to other versions of the Solitude in E-flat Major?

Mvh,
Michael

Thank you very much for your message. There is in fact a continuation based on the same theme, I hope to record a version next year. I will come back to this thread and share the result.

When the sheets are ready I'll be happy to post them as well. Thank you again for your kind and constructive words.
