HS - hands separate
HT - hands together

RH = right hand
LH = left hand
BH = both hand
BS = oops!

There's also MS and MD that are Italian (I think) for left and right hands.  I forget which is which (anyone know?).   It translates to something like "mano sinistera?" and "mano d...."     If that helps.

Yes, i have been wondering what IMO stands for for a long time too.  People just seem to throw it in wherever whenever they IMO feel like it.

I never heard of BH for both hands.  I have heard of HT, meaning "hands together".

Also to do with the hands, you see the French abbreviations from time to time

MG=main gauche (left hand)
MD=main droite (right hand)
