How do you put a practice video on these forums?

Also I am writing a book and if you can think of any location names that aren't real that would help too

1) Create a Youtube account (if you don't already have one)

2) Upload the video to Youtube (Regular or unlisted, but NOT Private)

3) Create a thread in the Audition room and use the [ youtube ] [ /youtube ] thingies to enclose the Youtube page link (URL) for the video (the Youtube button over the emoticons above will do it for you).
