not sure how i feel about a 'good' performance of a 'dreadful' concerto  :-\

not sure about your choice of words here, you could say you dislike this piece , but dreadful implies that you're somehow superior to Grieg, who was certainly a far better musician than you and I...

It is a good performance (as are many of them) but what exactly is "amazing" about it ?

The performance was alright. The concerto is... just overrated, honestly.

 the second movement is magical, her musicality and her sensibility is what makes it amazing for me
