I admit that I dont know very much about Ervin Nyiregyhazi.
Found the link you posted interesting but weird.
But then, unbidden, YouTube decided to play 'Nyiregyhazi Rachmaninoff 2nd Concerto mvt 2', which is a piece I know very well.

Really fascinating.

I imagine his playing is somewhat controversial lol
