You'd probably get better results at this site.
They transcribe music as well, albeit strictly from video games, but you can get lots of transcribing/arranging advice over there.

i think you did well

maybe consider notating it in one of these ways?



also maybe the key signature could be 3 sharps or no sharps (a+, a-)?
