Exceptional recordings

Nils, there is a thread in the Audition Room documenting what members have considered to be 'exceptional recordings' - https://www.pianostreet.com/smf/index.php?topic=34278.0 - I thought it would be a good idea if this, or a similar thread, could be stickied. It would mean that a repository of excellent music would be readily accessible to site visitors; it reflects well on the site and the quality of musicianship which can be found here. I would be interested in your (or indeed, anyone else's) views regarding this suggestion.
