Considering that pre-colonial/European Congo was basically tribal (uncivilized) they lack any sort of classical tradition that Europe, Indians, the Islamic world, China, and Japan were blessed with.
Considering that during its colonial period Congolese people were treated harshly through slavery, butchering, decapitations, massacres, and poverty they didn't really get the chance to be 'educated' by Europeans.
Considering that post-colonial Congo has been ravaged by constant civil/tribal warfare, corruption, poverty, massacres, rape, no education, poor health care etc, they haven't really created the proper conditions to create intellectual nationals.
So no, there's nothing noteworthy when it comes to congolese culture. It's currently hell on earth. I bet you that the only thing that you'll be able to actually talk about in detail are all the crappy stuff that happened and still is happening in Congo. There's honestly nothing good about that country. As it is with most African countries.
