hi Ariel,
I am often in awe at how well you bring out the music, the melodic line!
I just wish that someday you and Enzo will have the opportunity
to meet and exchange experiences on what you both love most.
Been watching you play for years...
the academy of st. martin in the fields...wow...now that's a high class gig... but then you are a high class player. I am just a lowly cocktail pianist.. *sigh*. Damn but you are good.
hi DC,
I don't know why, but instantly what you said made me remember
what Jose Rizal wrote before he was executed for "crimes against Spain":
The place (of one's death) does not matter:
cypress laurel, lily white,
Scaffold, open field, conflict or martyrdom's site,
It is the same if for country and home.
It does not really matter where one plays the piano
as long as it is for a higher purpose ... like the audience's enjoyment,
whether it be in church, in a cocktail lounge or in Carnegie Hall.
