You may get more and better answers if you are more specific
There are literally hundreds of possible selections.   Your request is akin to asking for what are some pia no  works by European composers.

also the way you pop these on her regularly honestly just seems a bit lazy. Have you even tried a Google or basic search on youtube
still will try to help

I have a bunch of Rauls's scores somewhere and I recall seeing this one in there. These are fun, not terribly serious but ingn if I am playing for a non classical or less serious or  savvy crowd these go over quite well. They're light and fun.  RD is sort of a big deal in Latin America,  sort of a better and less annoying Yiani

Manuel Maria Ponce "Balada Mexicana", combining French Impressionism with the romantic exuberance of Liszt. Notice especially the last minute, where he really unleashes his inner-Liszt:

Marcial del Adalid "El último adiós", Galician Spanish with more than a touch of Chopin:

Ernesto Drangosch "Estudios de Concierto, Op.14 No.1, Burlesca":

Wim Statius Muller "Antillean Dances, Despedida". From the Dutch Antilles, he graduated from Juilliard, taught at Michigan, became a spy for the Netherlands, retired from spying at 65 and started composing:

Ernesto Lecuona "Mazurka en Glissando":

René Touzet "Apasionada":

Enrique Soro "Andante Appassionato", aimed right to the heart:

Manuel Maria Ponce "Estudio de Concierto No. 8, Preludio galante":

You have 300 sonatas of the portuguese composer Carlos Seixas, contemporary of Scarlatti.
Have a look in youtube.

Hi eightyeightkeys,

Frolics and Toronto Tango are both by Christopher Norton and probably not what you were looking for but I like them.

These are much simpler, shorter pieces which are fun to play and sound great. They're supposed to be really easy but I found them a bit challenging.

Norton has written Latin pieces at many different levels in his "connections" series and elsewhere too, I  think.

Bye for now, Joe.

I think OP should start with these more popularly known composers:

Spanish : Albeniz, Granados, Turina
S. American : Villa-Lobos, Ginastera
