Ask suggestions about Shigeru Kawai SK2 Price

We would like to purchase Shigeru Kawai SK2. The dealer is willing to offer us $35000 & trade in our old Yamaha U1 with $2000 + 4 tunings & 1 concert bench & regular bench. So total would be $36000 (including tax) Would that be a good deal?

The dealer is offering you a Shigeru Kawai for 35 grand, plus your yamaha upright and an additional 2 grand? Wouldn't that be 37 grand plus an old yamaha upright for the Shigeru, 4 tunings, 1 concert bench and a regular bench?
