I mean, in my case, after learn a couple parts, I just get out of piano and walk through my house, and sometimes i drink water too. I think it's because i get too excited to play the whole song but i can't cause i didn't learned it yet. I am alone with this ?

I tend to strut and mumble to myself, also I like to take my shirt off. Just the the shirt though not the undershirt. Also drinking water as well.

That is a funny question. Actually, I do weird things too. When learning a new piece, which is a slow process for me because I am still a lousy sight-reader, I become bored because of all of this slow practice and I feel urgent need to play something really fast. I haven't practiced my fast pieces recently thus playing thru them with lots of mishaps is not fun so I play scales fast. It satisfies me and then I can go back to pushing my new piece.

Sometimes i do this as well, play something fast after half a hour playing slowly is so gratifying..

I also like to play scales really fast to relieve tension and concerntration after working on a hard section...
But when I do finally get something that's really difficult, I like to walk around the house, observing family members and seeing if they notice my new all powerful and satisfied presence... They usually don't, but it's satisfying none the less  ;D

I agree... just to walk among the lesser beings that surround us... those deprived of the joy it is to know greatness as a whole...  it is quite satisfying while we are wrapped in the all-powerful presence of our own awesomeness...  having conquered that which was at first impossible..  and now having it flow from the fingers with fortitude.. how could we have ever doubted ourselves...

lol...  if only.  ;D

Well I always cross my legs while learning a piece ; and after some hours of practicing, I have the urgue of playing fast pieces ( as someone mentioned before ).

Also, inconsciently, I have duck face while practicing hahaha, but meh, it's not really weird at all.
