2013 Kawai K3 Upright

I have a Kawai K3 upright 48" for sale. $4,950 OBO. Still have 7 year warranty. I spent $$$ to have each key eased, so it's not like average new Kawai heavy action. Right now it's medium touch(IMO). I moved to a bigger place, so now I finally can have a grand. This has to go to make room.
