Free Play, Improvisation in Life and Art by Stephen Nachmanovitch

Anybody else familiar with this book? I am just finishing up reading it, for what I'm sure will be the first of several reads..

truly amazing..  such depth on the boundries we create for ourselves and how to really find our creative voices..  I can't do justice to this work in a forum post given time constraints at the moment, but if anybody else has read this and would care to share thoughts, I'd love to hear them..
