At first I didn't notice that you were putting your knee against the board in front of the keys. Don't put your knee against the board and it won't do that.   Additionally, it may need tightening up, the screws come up from below, very simple to do..

It sounds like your piano needs tuning as well, as most acoustics usually do.
Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.

Yeah I know it's because of my knee! I want to know whyyyy it happens.

Pick another practice room and record that op 44 for us :)

Wood is elastic. Knee presses on wood. Wood presses on key. Friction between wood and key stops key from rising. When knee stops pressing on wood, wood stops pressing on key.
