Who are some composers that did not write piano music, but you wish they did?

One fundamental issue with this subject is whether composers who deliberately eschewed writing for the piano would have been any good at it if they'd not done so; I think it unwise not to bear that factor in mind when considering choosing particlar composers for this category.
