Where to download sheet music for modern pop music that is written for piano only .I only want to see 1 Treble cleff and 1 bass cleff.

I am aware that musicnotes.com do this but I think they are to expensive.I dont mind £2.50 for a download but no more.

Most sheets Im seeing has 3 bars with 2 treble cleffs for piano, vocal and guitar.

Typically most arrangements can be condensed fairly easily, if you have the time and inclination.
If you don't, look on MuseScore and Noteflight. Free downloads, though I can say nothing about their quality.
