yamaha u3 from 1970

been looking at a Yamaha u3 from 1970s, which was refurbished in 2010 and has been used very Little since then. its in excellent condition, and i Think i could get it for about 3000 euros.

what do you guys Think ?

You got to play on it for an hour to find out if it would be worth it. I've tried all sorts of U3s and U5s and they all were different. Some I could care less for and a few played like a dream but I am sure it may have been the regulation work done on it recently and recent tuning
