That's like a program transposing while someone's playing normally.  That would take some work to actually play that.  Nice for an exercise though.

Oh, I see.... This youtubers added in on afterward.  I wonder what the original sounds like.  Acapella then originally?

It doesn't sound as horrific with the accompaniment...  Mostly, it doesn't sound quite as horrific as having the accompaniment....  Or, most of the time when she's not singing, it doesn't sound as bad.  I mean the audience sounds like they have the usual audience pitch center. 


I was going to say avante garde, but this sounds more like an exercise.  I've done this for conducting -- Take a standard, very well-known, piece, but change the meter around a lot and conduct that.  It messes with your mind.
