Expanding My Studio Help

I am looking to expand my studio, I a have a ton of people who are interested in taking lessons with me.

I want to know if anyone has any advice on expanding my studio. And what advice you could give me as you expanded yours.

Should I focus on,
- hiring another teacher
- giving group lessons

any advice would be helpful.
