appasionata 3rd movement help?

so in my free time (off to the side) I've been learning Beethoven's op.57, mvt 3. I've been working on it for a while now but only occasionally seriously practiced it(metronome, rhythm exercises, etc.). It's pretty sub standard at the moment and I'm finding trouble in places that others don't seem to have much trouble with(to name a couple, at measure 97/289 i have trouble matching the hands together, the top/bottom voices at 134, and at 162, i can't get the left hand to get to places in time, im using 212315312123432435 for that measure), while on the other hand i'm not having as much of a problem with the infamous tremolos, which is kinda weird. as a result i can't find very much resources online about this. so.....
help $:-\$
and, of course, any tips on the coda would be helpful.

edit: i meant 194 rather than 193, where the descending scales take place, and i meant 259 and 260 rather than just 260.
Edit: completely changed the measure numbers and they shouls now be accurate.

193 just play it all with one hand

Measure 232 I don't see any problem there

Measure 260... Honestly idk how to really practice that it sort of just comes with time. I guess you could practice just trying to land the first two notes in the left hand by itself but idk.

I have big hands so I do 123454324321231

Yeah I never thought the tremolos were a big deal at all either

Coda? Speed and accuracy comes with time

So I'll try to summarize it before it disappears again...
Your measure numbers are wrong, even after you edited them...
Important thing to pay attention to is the marked tempo of the 3rd mvmt: "Allegro, ma non troppo". Not only it isn't "Presto" (like many like to think), even the "Allegro" is somewhat less so.
I'd love to comment if you give the correct measure numbers.

M97: Try this RH fingering: 123132134(or5)3214... Think of phrasing the four 1/16s from the 2nd note to the first of the next group.
M134: If you don't have a big hand/stretch use in the RH at M135 the thumb on both lower Bb and C.
Perhaps practice all the 1/16s staccato and only stay down on the quarter notes. Maybe also practice with various rhythms. Also note that it is in "p" with a small "cresc." leading to only "f" at M138.
M162: Same as above, think of phrasing from the 2nd 1/16. In M163 try thumb on the first C in the LH, or thumb on the first C and continue with 2132. Rhythm practice and staccato can help too.
In the first 18 measures of the coda you need to use light flapping of the hand from the wrist --- in my book I call it the 'butterfly technique'. For the rest of the Coda, as for this entire mvmt, the wrist circles technique can be very useful.
