The Quiet Revolutionary of the Piano – Fauré’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

In the pantheon of French music, Gabriel Fauré (1845–1924) often seems a paradox—an innovator cloaked in restraint, a Romantic by birth who shaped the contours of modern French music with quiet insistence. A recording/video of how you practise
on: July 28, 2016, 06:08:43 PM
Hey there!
I'm a piano student going into University tackling intermediate-advanced repertoire
and if there is one thing I've always thought about over the years is the most efficient way to practice, I know there are many threads out there of how to practise correctly slow practice, accents, rhythms etc.
But I was wondering if anyone out there taking on more advanced repertoire would be willing to record a video or audio of their 2-4 hour practice session of starting a new piece.

I remember watching a video of Valentina Lisitsa starting the Warsaw concerto and she just sight read it in about two hours and had it memorized, so i thought in regards to the  amount of people on this forum,

what does your practice routine look/sound like?

Just out of curiosity :P
