Anything that has a lot of protein

Around 160 grams a day

1.5 cups of non-fat sugar free Greek yogurt (35 g protein), plus 2 tbsp. of chia seeds, 2 tbsp. flax seeds, 1 cup blue berries, 1/2 cup natural apple sauce and 2 packets of Splenda.(no calorie sweetener).
