Any opinions? It's a very convenient way to try out new recordings, but surely it's an absolute disaster for anyone who's got stuff up there. I know absolutely cast-iron that what they pay is pathetic: less than a cent per stream (and often significantly less). Plus surely I can't be the only person who has worked out how to pirate off it (not saying how, but it doesn't require any significant computer expertise). I don't in fact pirate off it because if I really like something I believe in buying it on Amazon etc. Nonetheless it's incredibly easy to abuse and I'm sure people do.
