Yamaha silent - help needed
on: October 10, 2016, 02:23:13 AM
Hi!

I have just purchased a Yamaha B1 silent, and I have two technical questions...

First, I am trying to use a USB key for recording, but the recording function doesn't seem to work. It looks easy on the user's manual, but when I actually try to record, there is a chime sound and nothing seems to be recorded. The only thing the piano does is create a folder on my USB, but I cannot record any pieces.

Secondly, I am wondering... what should I use to remove the finger marks from the piano (I wear lots of hand creams/oils)? A cotton cloth is not enough, should I use some soap?

Thanks a lot!
