I have just searched one of my favourite piano websites and I have discovered that it has a piano solo song book that includes Liszt`s transcription of Schubert`s ``Standchen`` amongst many other Schubert pieces. The title of the book is;-
              Franz Lizst
The Schubert Song Transcriptions for Solo Piano
               Series 111 (3)

The website is www.musicroom.com

There is also a book on sheetmusicplus.com that has the Schubert song you are looking for, that has better reviews.

You can find a very rough transcription here: https://imslp.org/wiki/Schwanengesang,_D.957_(Schubert,_Franz)

Under "Arrangements and Transcriptions".

The better quality ones, I suspect, are for commercial sale.
