YUS5 or C1X
on: November 13, 2016, 04:48:31 PM
hello! I'm in a dilemma right now because i can't decide between the YUS5 and C1X! :-(

Yamaha is having a year end promotion and they're selling the C1X for SGD25,499 and YUS5 for SGD12,999. I like both pianos but I don't know whether C1X is worth the price. I've been trying out pianos and the YUS5 seems like the best upright I can find. My current piano is too light for me and i'm unable to develop finger strength properly. Using the strength to play 'p' on my piano is like playing 'pp' or 'ppp' on a piano with heavy touch or even a piano with regular touch. My teachers have advised me to get my piano replaced asap because it's really hindering my progress. I've been trying to find a good piano for a few months now and and i've narrowed down my choices to a YUS5 or C1X. :)

I've posted this question on pianoworld xD but i'd like to gather as many opinions as possible before i buy a piano. :)
